The deal

What this trial actually is

A working 14-day run on your real wholesale orders. You upload POs. We turn them into pick tickets. You tell us what is still painful. Then we talk about keeping you on.

You get

  • 14 days of BriskEngine on live orders
  • Upload PDF, photo, Excel, or Word POs
  • AI extraction of company, PO #, ship-to, SKUs, colors, size runs
  • A review screen for flagged / uncertain lines
  • Printable pick tickets and packing lists
  • Optional one-click customer review link
  • Direct access to the founder for fixes
  • Founder pricing if you stay after Day 14

We ask

  • Send 8–15 real POs over 14 days — not samples you cleaned up
  • Correct flagged lines so we can see where the model is weak
  • One 15-minute check-in around Day 7
  • A short Day-14 note: keep / kill / what to fix
  • Permission to use anonymized before/after tickets in product work (never your customer names in public without asking)
  • No card. No contract. You can stop on any day.

Who this is for

  • Apparel wholesalers still retyping POs
  • Decorators / screen printers / embroiderers on dealer POs
  • Small fulfillment rooms that pick size/color runs
  • Shops with no ERP — or an ERP nobody uses for incoming POs
  • 20–200 wholesale orders a week is the sweet spot

Who should wait

  • Brands already clean on EDI + a full WMS
  • Amazon-only or DTC shops with no wholesale POs
  • Teams that need multi-warehouse allocation this month
  • Anyone looking for a NetSuite replacement

How it works

Inbox to pick ticket. Four steps.

BriskEngine is the layer between the email attachment and the warehouse floor. You do not rip out anything you already use.

  1. 01

    Upload the PO

PDF, photo, Excel, or Word. Phone pictures of printed spreadsheets are fine. Black out prices if you want.

  2. 02

    AI pulls the order apart

Company, PO number, ship-to, line items, colors, and size runs — S/M/L/XL, youth, tall, and the rest.

  3. 03

    Review only what looks off

Flagged lines get a simple correction screen. Or send the buyer a one-click review link.

  4. 04

    Print the pick ticket

Clean quantities, colors, and size breakdowns. Email it or hand it to the floor.

What a good first PO looks like

  • A real order you would actually pick this week — 8+ lines beats a 2-line sample.
  • Apparel with color + size runs. That is the job. A single-SKU reorder teaches us less.
  • The format you hate most: scanned PDF, iPhone photo, forwarded Excel, Word table.
  • Ship-to filled in. If the PO has two destinations, send it anyway — we want that case.
  • Black out unit cost / retail if needed. Leave SKUs, colors, sizes, and quantities visible.

Days 1–7

Week one — prove it on live work

Do not save the trial for “when things slow down.” Use the next orders that hit the inbox.

Your 14-day board

Mark Day 1 when you upload the first live PO. Saved on this device.

0 / 12 checkpoints

Day 1

First upload

Create your login. Upload one real PO. Do not clean the file first. Check company name, PO number, and ship-to. Reply with a screenshot of anything that is wrong.

Day 2

Flagged lines

Open the correction screen. Fix colors, size runs, and quantities the model missed. Every correction trains the next order. Aim for 2–3 POs today.

Day 3

First floor ticket

Print or download the pick ticket. Hand it to whoever actually picks. Ask one question: “Could you pick from this without coming back to the office?” Write down the answer.

Day 4–5

Run the week’s work

Put 5–8 live orders through. Mix formats: one PDF, one photo, one spreadsheet. Note time from upload to printable ticket. That number is the whole pitch.

Day 6

Buyer review link

Pick one messy customer. Send them the one-click review link instead of emailing “can you confirm sizes?” See if they actually tap it.

Day 7

15-minute check-in

We hop on a short call or thread. Bring one ticket that worked, one that failed, and the warehouse answer from Day 3. We patch what we can the same day.

Days 8–14

Week two — make it a habit

If Week 1 was “does this work,” Week 2 is “would we miss it.” That is the only question that matters before we talk price.

Day 8–9

Repeat customers

Run a second PO from a customer you already processed. Saved profiles should cut the busywork. If they do not, that is a product bug — tell us.

Day 10

Warehouse handoff

Let the floor own printing for a day. Office uploads. Warehouse prints. If that path needs a second login or a simpler view, say so on Day 10 — not after you churn.

Day 11

Edge cases

Send the files you have been avoiding: youth + adult on one PO, tall sizes, two ship-tos, handwritten notes, a photo taken under warehouse lights. This is the most useful day of the trial.

Day 12

Break list

Write five bullets: what was fast, what was wrong, what the picker hated, what you still do in Excel, what would make you pay. Send it even if it is blunt.

Day 13

Side-by-side

Take one incoming PO and time the old way vs BriskEngine. Minutes and mistakes. We want the ugly number, not a marketing number.

Day 14

Keep / kill

Reply with one of three: Keep me on founder pricing. Need two more weeks on X. Not for us, because Y. Honest no is useful. Soft maybe wastes both of us.

Rules of the trial

  • No cleaned-up demo files. Real work only.
  • If a ticket would ship the wrong size, stop and ping us before the floor picks it.
  • You stay owner of your files. We do not train public models on your customer list.
  • One primary contact on your side. CC the warehouse lead if they will use the tickets.
  • If you go silent for 7 days we pause the seat so the next operator can use it.

Day-7 call agenda

  • 2 minWhat you processed
  • 4 minThe ticket that failed
  • 4 minWhat the picker said
  • 3 minWhat we will patch this week
  • 2 minWhether Week 2 is worth it

Feedback we actually use

  1. 1. Minutes from upload to printable ticket: ___   Old way minutes: ___
  2. 2. Lines the model got wrong (SKU / color / size / qty / ship-to):
  3. 3. Would the picker use this ticket with no office help? Yes / No / Almost — because:
  4. 4. Format that still breaks: PDF / photo / Excel / Word / handwritten / other:
  5. 5. Keep / two more weeks / kill. Reason in one sentence:

After Day 14

What happens after the trial

No surprise invoice. On Day 14 you choose. If you stay, you lock founder pricing because you helped shape the product.

Keep

Stay on founder pricing. Same product, priority fixes, and we keep taking your messy POs as test cases.

Extend

Need two more weeks on a specific gap (photo POs, youth sizes, two ship-tos). We agree the gap in writing first.

Walk

Not a fit. Tell us why in one sentence. No follow-up sequence. Your files come out with you.
